The more I learn about my own personal watch preferences, the more convinced I get that a matte dial 16750 is the (closest thing that exists to my) perfect watch.

Keep in mind that the "proper" Jubilee bracelet -- the one that was factory-designed for the GMT-Master 16750 -- is the 62510H with #550 end links (that take 2mm spring bars) and the number "50" stamped into the underside of the very last D-link (on both 6 and 12 o'clock sides) to which each end link is directly connected via the springbar.

A Jubilee bracelet with that "proper" configuration is extremely rare to come across (if you're looking for one). When such a bracelet does show up on the forums, it will generally list and sell for several thousands of dollars.

If your GMT-Master 16750, or one you're considering purchasing, has a Jubilee bracelet without that "62510H/50/550" numeric designation, it will have been made for (or will have been removed from) a "Datejust", typically with #555 end links. (The #555 end links use 1.8mm spring bars and are designed for the intra-lug arc of a Datejust's 36mm case, not for the arc of the larger GMT-Master's case).

I believe this post by dlack needs to be edited.

A 62510 GMT Jubilee 550/50 selling for several thousand dollars has to be a typo. For anyone out there looking to buy a GMT 62510 Jubilee, nice examples seem to sell for around $1500 within the USA market.

If anyone is interested, here is an old thread posted on gmtforum.com identifying the various Jubilee bracelets and end links for the Rolex GMTs and other models.

I was actually referring to the typical cost of a 62510 GMT Jubilee 550/50 for Canadians, where $US1,500 = $CDN2,000 based on current exchange rates. Should have made that clear in my original post.

I prefer a matte 16750 on oyster, personally. 1675s are fantastic as well Ofc! But I do like the look of gold hour surrounds with a matte dial and plexi crystal.
