I have purchased watches on eBay, but am really concerned when I see listings like the one linked below. I reported, but got a response very quickly saying they looked into it and there's nothing wrong with the listing. How can they let an obvious fake (obvious to me, a casual watch enthusiast) sell on their site? Should I be more concerned when buying off of the site?

E-bay is not generally considered a reliable source for authentic high-end watches.
