Does 16202 wear smaller than 15202

The bracelet radius of curvature is smaller in the 16202, making the vertical drop of the bracelet around the lugs more important.
But is it actually making a difference visually?

This will depend on your wrist size. The 16202 should wear better on smaller wrists for the reasons you noted in the bracelet. There's a comparison video on YT WatchBox where you can see it on Tim Mosso's wrist. Looked basically the same on him.
