How to spot non Rolex/aftermarket caseback ? HELP

Hello everyone,

Ive bought a DJ 31 reference 6827 from early 80s for a gift.

I've a doubt regarding to the authenticity of the caseback as it is engraved "Acier Inox" on the outside.
The seller has told me it is authentic Rolex caseback...But it is the first time I'm seeing this configuration (please see the picture).

Can someone help me ? Is it an original or official replacement Rolex caseback or an aftermarket we can find on the web...

Massive Thanks

A Rolex case back would not have that stamp.
