It's a great looking watch. Looks like a more casual RO without the overly sportiness of other ROO models. I'd love to see them do variations with ceramic bezels.

A firm no from me to all rubber bezels. I too would wish that a slimmer and more wearable ROO was made. Perhaps in 39-41mm but with that visible ROO "DNA".

Thank you - quite the goodlooking piece!

Still would wish it was without a rubber bezel and 1.5mm thinner... But hey it's a great start for hopefully an expanded line

That sounds amazing! The 15605SK is a stunning piece. The rubber bezel giving off a Frosted Gold look must be quite a sight in person. It's great to hear that it's become your new favorite Offshore!

Well it may look good when new but won’t age well.
Imho a cheap rubber bezel is not appropriate at this price point…

Regarding the rubber bezel, I’d like to think that it is a ‘treated’ rubber that won’t damage or degrade as everyone is worried about.

Perhaps the way to get comfortable about it, is that this is still a steel bezel watch, just that the rubber coating is meant to provide additional protection for the bezel. After all, there is an actual steel bezel beneath the rubber.

In any case, it's been more than two decades since the original rubber clad was released in 2002. I'd like to think that there've been many advancements in high-performance rubber compounds since, as with tyre technology that uses synthetic rubber (takes about 2000 years to degrade).

Time will tell how the newer AP rubber bezels age but haven't heard complaints from owners of the last rubber clad (26238OK in 2022) thus far...

Congratulations

Good to see some real world pictures of this ROO 43 at last.
