Wow, that didn't take long! RSC-Dallas

I sent my Milgauss Z-blue to RSC-Dallas back on the 25th of June, they received it on the 27th, and I just received the email this morning that the watch's service/polish is complete, and ready to be sent back to me. I'm pleasantly surprised at how quickly they completed the work, anyone else notice RSC taking care of their pieces with a little pep in their step, lately?

Pre and Post Pics Please

Is it possible to post before and after pics? I'm getting ready to get my GMT Master II in for the same treatment. I will be sending to Dallas direct, is that what you did? Cheers!

yep, i sent it direct, i never mess with the AD when I send a piece to RSC. I don't really have any handy "before" pics, but, there were some pretty noticeable scratches on the high-polish bezel, as well as the clasp, so I'll certainly be posting "after" pics to show their quality of work.

Dallas RSC is the best. Unfortunately, last time I was there they informed me they were doing away with in-person drop offs. I believe you will have to mail in watches from now on.

My AD sent my dead Explorer II to UK RSC on June 14th. It's back today. UK service cost for the 216570 is £592 without a refurb.

That's great. They were running 4-weeks before Covid.

Best service system in the business IMHO, after dealing with a couple others and reading a lot of stories online.

Before and after photos would be great. There have been numerous reports that RSC polishes are less than ideal.

Sent mine in last November. Turn around time was exactly 4 weeks from door to door. Glad to hear yours is ready to return home.

Okay, I dug up a pic of my z-blue I took a few months ago. It's at an angle, so it wont be a perfect comparison, but I'll post a pic of the watch when I get it back, next week.

Always great to hear positive service stories!

side note: I really dig the Milgaus, it's a cool model, and I'm considering sourcing one.

2017. i noticed that when i would wind it, sometimes it felt kinda..."grindy", like not all of the gear teeth were catching properly. . . despite that, it seemed to wind just and kept proper time. I figured it was probably best to go ahead and send it in.
