second hand not moving
vintage datejust ,around 55 years old ,,second hand uit moving ,but it still keeps perfect time ,,,any ideas ?

Could be loose on the post, but more likely the gears to drive the center-seconds is broken.
A watchmaker should be consulted to know for sure.

The independent drive wheel on the 3rd wheel post has likely come off or is so loose on the post it is not turning the sweep pinion. Simple fix more than likely.
