Rolex and CrowdStrike

Went to pickup my watch from Rolex service today. I got the watch, but the white credit card style warranty card could not be provided because Rolex Service’s global network was down.

The service warranty card will be produced once systems are up and running again.

Anyone else have a pickup today - new acquisition or service pickup - and experience a similar issue?

I picked up my new Sub today at the AD in town - no issues at all. This was about 1 pm Mountain Time. Warranty activated by the SA's phone (that's what I think I saw). I got the warranty card (and the watch just fine).

Nice. Maybe things resolved. I was earlier in the day EST.

Moreover, congrats on the new Sub!

Not related to Rolex but our entire Semiconductor manufacturing operation was down for over twelve hours trying to recover computers with blue screen. This is an entire plant. I can't imagine how scary it could have been in critical care situations at a hospital.
