I would rather trade for the GRNR…I’m a bigger fan of both YG and a jubilee. Financially it’s a good deal though for you.

Me personally I would trade it towards the white gold one

I have the pepsi but I also love the Rose gold version. I personally would keep the pepsi and get a different PM watch. You'll soon learn that a PM watch is soft and will scratch easily, so it's not as versatile as the all steel Pepsi. I wear my PM watches but I'm very careful where I wear them.

Keep the Pepsi, add a PM watch :)

Not a rose gold guy myself but I do love PM. I think the way you discuss it and defend the decision shows you mean it and would love it. I like the pepsi on jubilee but I think with gold you will enjoy how special it is. Approved!

HI!

2 cents here....I wear PM's daily and they are very rugged and 10 steps above.

I love the PM's and you should wear them because you love them. Don't fear the PM's, they are stunning day and night.

RG over the BLRO anytime.

I think the full gold rootbeer is a stunning piece. It is my favorite full PM that Rolex offers! If it was on a jubilee I’d trade my whole collection for it. So I say yes!

I’m not a huge BLRO fan, I like it for fun and color but if I had one I’d barely wear it enough to justify the price, especially grey market!!!

Anyway, of course it’s always up to you and you have to consider if you’d miss the Pepsi terribly. The fact that it was from an AD makes it harder to let go.

All that said…. That CHNR…. Oh man

Thanks all for all your comments. Been very helpful in helping with my decision. I've decided to progress with the trade!

Unfortunately the dealer I'm speaking too has said one of the links is missing which normally on a SS piece I would forgo but on a full RG piece, it's a big deal should I decide later on to sell. So I am not going to rush until I get find the right one.

The RG GMT is one hell of a watch. PM > SS, irrespective of how hard the SS is to obtain

An idea is to keep and add the TT CHNR, I tried on both CH models and the TT looked better to me as Rolex's RG is too rose/coppery for me.

This may be the best solution. It gives the best of both worlds somewhat.

One other alternative is to spend a little more and trade for the YG version so that you can have the jubilee.

The Pepsi is beautiful the way it is. I'm not a fan of RG as I find it looks too copper. I do like the two tone root beer though, just not enough to pull the trigger yet. Few others in line first. I'd keep the Pepsi, you'll hate yourself if you part with it. But you chase your dream.

My dream watch was always a SS Panda Daytona. That is, until I purchased a RG Daytona, Sundust dial on OF. I now no longer desire the SS Daytona. In fact, PM watches are now what I desire more than SS.

I had the CHNR but sold it. I loved it but I sold as it got me thinking I want the full rose version.

I am not a fan of PM rolex by any means, nor a fan of the blurple BLRO, however...
that 126715CHNR in justdate's photo is absolutely incredible.

If you are not a drooling BLRO fanboi, and can accept taking a probable (big) loss should you ever want to sell it, that CHNR is on a completely other level. Why not go for it.

This.

But the Pepsi is harder to get than the root beer, so there is that, but the financial side of this deal is compelling if that is important to you
