No need for cuff links in my life. Wouldn't wear them even if I owned them.

Is there any insider news on the battery number for these cufflinks or will finally Rolex offer a charging port? Either way, there'll be a long waiting list. Earrings will soon follow.
Almost forgot...anyone know where to find a long sleeve shirt? |

Listen man, all these material trinkets and 0s in your bank account don’t really mean jack. If that’s your measure of a man and what life is about, then you got it twisted. It’s a soulless, fruitless pursuit if you’re just chasing after the next shiny thing and think you’re going to derive true joy from it. And here’s the rub - there will always be someone with a bigger yacht, bigger crib, and bigger bank account than you. Then what? You feel lesser than those people? At least be insecure and don’t waste your money IMO. Crazy how you’ve made it this far in life and neither your parents nor your personal experience has taught this - the measure of a man and his self worth is his contributions to those nearest and dearest to him, and to the community. I think everyone here knows of people with modest means that are far more respected than a tasteless, soulless “baller” that equates a dollar sign to self worth. Obviously something is lacking personally that you equate so much worth and value in ones’s being to financial wealth. Money can’t buy class is epitomized in a post like yours. This is everything that is wrong with society and watch collecting, and I’m disappointed that a community I am a part of shares values like this far too often. I’ll leave you with this: “you’ll never see a U-haul behind a hearse. The Egyptians tried, and all they got was robbed.”

Most people with real money don't brag and have some class. I said, "most people" and I think this guy is FOS or a classless moron.

Just fact checking here... You were on a waiting list for a car that had an MSRP in the $900k range and paid $2.75 million? From what I remember, Porsche couldn't fill the order banks for that car and offered buyers first right of refusals on any and all special edition or GT cars for several years to entice them to buy the 918.

. "There will always be someone with a bigger yacht, bigger crib, and bigger bank account than you. " You are correct. BTW...He's on a waiting list for these? Funny, I just walk in and leave with what I want. |

Mine say hello. Are these cuff links too big for my wrist? Childish nicknames. I'm thinking about buying my first "real" cuff links. AD cuff link games. Should I go grey? My wedding is in 10 months, is it possible to get cuff links by then? Box and Papers but no white tag for my cuff links, red flag? Are cuff link warranties transferable? Should I let RSC polish my cuff links? The possible threads are endless but feel free to add on... |

You make a very good point it looks like his numbers are slightly off…..maybe the yacht was also overvalued at $4 million too.

I don't know OP, but have seen his posts around and never thought he was this way. I wonder if it was satire gone awry or he was having a bad day?

Wow, I'm way out of my league here. No yacht, no Porsche, no $6000 cuff links. Don't even own a garage, let a alone garage full of cars. Anybody know of a Tudor forum for the working class guy?

No, I think what he is trying to say is that the car is worth 2.75 million in today's market, which isn't true. It's worth about 2 million with some miles, paint to sample and Weissach package
