What do you think about this Rolex 6694?

I was just offered this 6694 for 2200 USD. What do you think?

I dont think originality (service parts) really matters on a 6694 since there are so many parts floating around. They arent collector pieces like other watches. I may be way out of the loop, but $2200 seems like all the money for one of these.

I think the service parts only matter because of the aesthetics. Some people may not like the bright white lume on a vintage watch, and other may appreciate the functional lume.

I was mainly asking about service dial and hands to see if the seller had declared them or was selling the watch as all original. Buyer should be aware at least.
