Offering for sale this very special IWC Rattrapante timepiece. A Big Pilot TOP GUN Double-Chronograph, model number IW371815, in a 44mm CERATANIUM CASE, black dial with luminescent features, day-date display, convex sapphire glass with antireflective coating on both sides, automatic self-winding IWC caliber 79420 movement with 44 hours of power reserve, water resistance to 6.0 bar with its screw-down crown.
The chronograph function features and additional hand, the split-seconds hand, which makes it possible to record intermediate time.
It sits on a black rubber strap with textile inlay, and black Ceratanium pin buckle.

"Ceratanium was developed by IWC and combines the advantages of titanium and ceramic in a single material. Based on a titanium alloy, the patented material is as light and rigid as titanium but at the same time similarly had and scratch-resistant as ceramic. Other compelling features are the skin-friendliness, high corrosion-resistance and striking matte black color. All the case components, including the push-buttons and pin buckle, are made of Ceratanium, which means the entire watch has a striking "jet black" design code. The Double Chronograph features an integrated split-seconds function that enables the watch to time two separate actions simultaneously."

This watch was originally purchased in 2020, had warranty extended into 2028, and is in perfect working order with no signs of wear.
