DD40 Links question and sizing?

Let’s first start this with a photo :)

The DD40 comes with 22 links from factory. The question I want to know is specifically, how many links per side from factory? Mine arrived with 1 link removed so I don’t know which side it was removed from?

From a regular oyster band I normally remove only 1 link from the 6oclock side for the best fit

Perfect - that’s what I needed to know! My link has been removed from the 12 side

Pretty sure it’s 22 links plus 2 end links = 24

Your getting the link count from a 5 digit DD which ended with 18238. Go look online a brand new DD40 (228238) watches that show the entire bracelet from both sides. It will be 25 links and 11 screws.

Link for an example:

https://www.chrono24.com/rolex/rolex..._eEV22c&pos=36

Many unscrupulous dealers that will short link you if your not careful. These links are $500+ each.

Exactly right: 25 + 11

This is exactly right: 25 links, 11 screws (8 one side, 3 the other). Anything less and they've removed some.
