FS: Panerai PAM00796 8 Days Destro

Hello again! A new batch of watches is in and this is one of the more rare ones I’ve come across – the Panerai PAM00796 8 Days Destro! With the cool left hand crown, sand-colored sandwich dial lume and contrasting blue 8 DAYS text, this one really stands out as one of the more interesting watches that Panerai has released in the last few years. The steel case on this one is 44mm and it’s powered by the Calibre p.5001 hand wound movement with an incredible 192 hours of power reserve! With the crown and unique Panerai crown guard out of the way for righties, it really amplifies the usefulness of the tool watch vibe.

Condition wise I would put this at 85%. There are no major dings, dents or egregious scratches or gouges on the case and the crystal is free from defects. There are normal signs of wear including light hairlines in the polished case and bezel. There are a few fleabite nicks on the 3 o’clock side of the case and some marks around the lug screw holes. Otherwise it presents beautifully on the wrist and the movement appears to be running very well – I clocked it at -1 sec/day on a full wind on my timegrapher app!

The watch will include the full kit – outer box, inner box, warranty certificate booklet with date of purchase (2019) and all matching case and serial numbers, serialized hang tag, manual, screwdriver, black OEM rubber strap and a really nice green/blue 24mm Delugs leather strap option!
