Rolex Country Code 211

I've been looking for a 5-digit YG DD for a while. Today, I ran across several exemplars that all had a country code of 211. None of the usual country code lists (including one in these forums) list 211. 208 is Greece, 212 is Italy, and there's no 209 or 210.

I found a post elsewhere where a person said their Rolex from a well-known UK jewelers had a country code of 211, but there was no photo or other evidence.

I'm not interested in any of these exemplars (all were from the 1990s) for other reasons, but I became curious.

Does anyone here know about this country code?

Thanks for the correction..
I do not know what it says..

Some of these not so well documented country codes also end up being related to military bases, not saying this is one...

Sorry, I deleted my comment as it was wrong. It's Crete (Greece), not Cyprus. My mistake.

Thanks to both for the info. I suspected it was something like this, but I was surprised that none of the country codes listed this.
