Considering the same trade, are You 100% happy You did that?
I have 40mm Ym and it's my fav current piece but feels small-ish, I still want to keep it, but considering trading Cookie Mondter for YM 42mm

I think if you could locate one in your city to try on, this might be a good thing. Many years ago, just looking at pics of the smurf, I was wishy-washy about it. As soon as I tried one on and the AD said I should take it outside and see it in natural sunlight, I was done for. I spent a week thinking obsessively about the smurf and finally ordered one with DavidSW.

What a great story!

Often, seeing a reference in natural light makes a huge difference. Nice of your AD to offer that up

I do not have large wrists, and I find the comfort of the YM42 superior to the sub. When you get a chance, try one on the wrist. Extremely comfortable.

I like the YM42 in YG better than WG sub. Don’t have it anymore but wore it daily for awhile and it was super comfortable.

Could you please remeasure your wrist? I have a 7” wrist and that’s exactly how both of those fit on mine.

I am 100% sure I have a 7.5 inch wrist that is flat both the 41 size and the 42 size fit well including the 44 deep sea, which I also owned I currently own the 42 mm polar and that also fits great. It’s really just a matter of preference.

YM bezel turns both directions. Very helpful when you don’t want to go all the way around.
