First time making a significant purchase online like this. I did a lot of research as you all mentioned, 'buy the seller.' I traded in one of my time pieces in order to get my grail watch. It was such a pleasure working with Thanh. He gave me a super reasonable offer on my trade and he had the exact watch I wanted. It was in perfect condition. I sent my watch in monday night, he got it Tuesday and then sent out my new acquisition the same day, and I had it the next day, all less than 48 hours.
