New addition Patek Calatrava 3802/200
Hi All, I wanted to share some pictures of the recent addition to my collection. When I saw this come up for auction, I knew I had to put in a decent bid. I ended up getting it for a great price for a complete set. The case condition is quite sharp and the dial appears to be flawless. It is in need of a service (it's losing 200 seconds a day) and the band is worn but that was expected.
Yes, it is quite small at 33.5mm, but that's the era and I think it works great on this model. Personally, I'll have no issues wearing it. As another user once said "if one must wear anachronistic wrist wear, why not do so in anachronistic sizes." |

Great catch, looks fantastic. I recently bought a 1961 vintage Eterna KonTiki (34mm), and have zero issues with wearing it.
