Dial/Hands: Original Patek Philippe silver dial in attractive condition. Hands are original Patek Philippe in attractive condition with some aging spots

Caseback: Nice original 18 karat yellow gold with the correct markings

Movement: Rolex calibre 23-300 manual winding movement which is currently running +1 seconds per day

Bracelet/Strap: solid 18 karat yellow gold bracelet with signs of previous wear. Please note the bracelet is not marked as original Patek, it was added after.
