Half links?
My EX2 is a tad loose. My AD said try for a week and come back if you need it adjusted. However, I think removing a link would make it too tight. And, yes, I’m using the easylink. Does Rolex use half links to help get the perfect fit? The weight of this watch means it moves around a bit where my DJ41 does not.

A Submariner half link might work.

Or make an adjustment in the clasp.

Sometimes for me it takes some time and moving links around to get the right fit.

When I bought the first generation DSSD, they didn’t come with a half link. I had my AD order me a half link for my Submarnier and it fit.
I’m pretty sure oyster bracelet will be the same link set on your Exp2. Just make sure you ask and order the correct bracelet link from either the 21mm or 20mm bracelet size. |

On the current models I think the SD43 half link fits.
On the previous gen I think it’s the old Sub half links. Not sure you’re AD will order you one if it’s not originally sold with the watch, but they do come up from time to time on eBay etc |

Literally emailed the watchmaker at my AD with this question last week regarding my 226570. He said Rolex does not make half-links for watches that come with the Easylink.

Whilst not completely wrong, I think your ADs response is slightly misleading… Whilst Rolex do not supply any of their easylink bracelets with a half link, they do make half links for other watches, and these half links also fit other bracelets. I have a half link fitted to my 39mm Explorer, but the AD was able to order this for me as I have the 40mm ceramic sub which shares the same bracelet size, just a different clasp. |

Think you might struggle with this as I think the bracelet dimensions are different, memory suggests 22mm.

Popped into my AD on Saturday to order a link for my (Daytona) oyster bracelet (with Easylink). After checking the serial number, his first question was, "Full- or half-link?"

I've avoided the hassle of half link from AD by just buying them from Steel Reef. Same with the quick adjust that I added to my 5 series.

As other have stated, there are no official half links for the ExpII, however you could try Sub/SD half links. But if I were you I'd either A) use microadjustments on the clasp (they are 3mm apart and a full link is 5mm and the half link is 2.5mm so about the size of the micro-adjustment on the clasp) or B) (the more expensive option) source a Glidelock clasp for your bracelet. You'll have way more adjustment range and it'll be super comfortable.

Not OEM, but I believe Steel Reef makes one. Or, as others have said, depending on the model the sub half link might work.
