It's impossible to say for certain without knowing the wearer's wrist size. It could be a 36mm on a 7 inch wrist or a 41mm on an 8 inch wrist based on appearance.
The best way to tell if it's a 36mm or 41mm is by the shape of the bezel. The 36mm Datejust has a domed bezel, while the 41mm has a flat bezel. Unfortunately, the photo quality is too poor to distinguish which smooth bezel it is. |

I’m going with 41.
Here is my 40 on a small 6.5” wrist for comparison at a similar distance, then zoomed in. 36 will look much smaller at that distance.
