Railmaster Caseback Comfort

Good Morning

About to pull the trigger on a Railmaster before they go the way of the Dodo. Can anyone tell me if the heavy carving with the Hippocampus on the caseback is uncomfortable or pushes into the skin?

Thanks!

I have the PO summer Blue and it has quite a bit of detail on the case back. No issues with comfort and I tend to wear my watches snug.

I've had mine for a few months and haven't noticed any discomfort from the caseback. It's become my GADA watch.

My steel Ploprof 1200 has a similar back, it does sometime leave a nice seahorse imprint after a long day but never experienced any discomfort.

Looks like a nice large flat surface area. It’s should be no problem

Although I don't have that particular model, I do have a 2225.80.00 with a similar case back:

It all depends on how tight the watch fits you. The newer models with micro adjustments (sliding mechanism built into the clasp) it's less of an issue.

The way my watch fits I also had marks left at times, but despite this can say Omega designed it to be comfortable.

My preference now is for the sapphire case back but appreciate the details in the solid ones.
