Going back about 30 years ago, I bought a used DJ with Diamond dial from a jeweler my company used for theft replacements.
I immediately took it to Rolex on Madison Ave, NYC and they inspected it for free.
They advised me they would not touch the watch as it had an aftermarket Diamond dial.
They returned the watch to me, which I in turn returned to the jeweler. He was happy to immediately refund me.

How does the OP know the watch possibly contains non-genuine parts? Has someone assessed the watch already? OP's question raises more questions than answers IMHO.
