RO 41 choice…..
I looked but couldn’t find a comparison/thought process amongst forum members on comparing these particular watches.
What would thoughts / choices be from the TRF crowd? I’d personally be looking at RGold, but this discussion is what would be preferred in a RO in general, as far as… Perpetual calendar, openworked, or tourbillon choice… 1. Perpetual 2. Openworked 3. Toubillon Have a great week |

Double balance OW - unique, simple, and aesthetically the nicest imo

I'll go QP. Probably the most practical among complications.

Openworked. Not a fan of the week hand on the QP.

41mm RO are too large for me but among the 3 I choose the Tourbillon.

QP for me. Poll very much shows the AP people like their openworked ROs.

Are you strictly considering modern pieces? If previous iterations are fair game, I'd say a QP, but the modern one with the week counter seems busier than Times Square on New Year's Eve.
Tourbillon complications don't do much for me, really, so the modern choice between those 3 would be the skeleton. Good luck deciding! |

Impossible choice! I’d have to draw out of a hat. I think you have/had the perp and open right? Seems like you want to try the tourb? Why not!
My friend has a rg open and it’s so nice, feels very alive compared to the perp. But perp is perp and open just tells the time.. You can’t beat a rose gold royal oak Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

How about a tourbilllon and open-worked in Sand Gold?
One of my favorite releases of this year. For the QP I’d wait for the new caliber rumored to be launched in 2025. |

I voted tourb because as "special" as the openworked is, I find it pretty darned illegible and not something really to enjoy wearing as a TIMEpiece. I can appreciate it without having to own it.
The tourb IS pretty cool in its own right. |

I have an Openworked and a QP. Both wonderful pieces, but my order of preference would be:
1.Openworked 2.Tourbillon 3.QP

Thanks all ! Kind of surprised, kind of not. I thought the tourb would be at least close to the OW?

Have steel OW and titanium Tourb, would go tourb. I think a lot of people consider pre owned value even if they don’t want to admit it. Tourbs not greatest at value retention.
