Rolex CPO and voiding warranty

That guy is an idiot and does not know what he’s is taking about. If you modify the watch yes! Rolex will void your warranty, However why would you or the grey dealer?
Makes no sense to me.

Some of those guys just make #$&T up to make a sale or put doubt in your mind.

If a “Grey” dealer is doing proper due diligence and opening a case back, this voids the warranty. Can this be undetected? Sometimes if done carefully. But many remove bracelets carelessly and leave marks when opening casebacks.
