Never thought I’d be going down this road

Never thought I’d be into the Navitimer. But these newer models just grew on me. So now I am stuck between these. I am leaning toward the black bit the bronze is a close second. Thoughts? Comments? Concerns?

I like the watches overall and would pick the black first then the bronze.

Similar to the Daytona, the hands can get lost in the dial.

Lovely and historically significant watches. For me it would also be the black dial, a classic look for this piece. You'll enjoy it fully either way though.

All three are very nice. I’d go black as well, unless I had another black chrono. I’m with Gus, legibility isn’t it’s strong suit, but it’s still a great watch.

Black is indeed classic but I have the Superocean Heritage chrono with that silver dial and love it.
I don't think you can go wrong with any of these 3 you are looking at though. All 3 look great on that bracelet.

Bronze is my choice.

Too many black and white dials out there already.

Padi loves Golden Pandas.

I have owned all three at one point or another. Dial color is bronze, sliver and then black. I am not a fan of the bracelet. Difficult to get a perfect fit.

My husband had the bronze 43 on strap and really liked it. Regrets selling it and hopes to get classic black dial in the future.

I just got the mint green 40mm on the bracelet. Such a nice high quality bracelet. To me much higher quality than Rolex.

Whatever you choose the Navitimer is a classic. So much much nicer looking than the usual Rolex sports watch.

Its a classic watch but for me it matches best with the leather strap. I don't know why, it just does to my eyes. I think most aviation watches look better on leather, IWC Pilot comes to mind.

I would go black dial as well.

All the best with your chase.
