I’d leave it. Polishing hurts the case and especially the bezel more than the bracelet.

This is quite aggressive. If you could find an attorney to litigate, what is the demand?

Brand new current model replacement watch?

Monetary compensation for "damaging" the watch? If so, how much?

It's very likely in the fine print somewhere it will state that Rolex may not be held accountable for such errors.

But interested what an attorney will do?

That said, in yyour original post you stated

I’ve heard that too, but to be honest, I’ve never seen any actually evidence that that’s true. For every hard core WUS who prefers an unpolished watch, there is 20 casual watch buyers who want it as radiant as possible. If this was a true vintage reference, than perhaps, but I don’t think the polish will devalue your watch one bit IMHO. Not that it justifies the error in anyway, shape, or form.
