Take it to an AD or contact RSC for service.

If a tooth falls out, do you put it back in or bring it to the dentist?

This happened to me on my offshore diver. If there is an AP store near you, take it there. If not, contact the AP service center in Florida. They will ship you a packaging kit with prepaid and insured label to send it off to them. Repair should take around 6 weeks.

Yeah I spoke to multiple AP boutiques they were all over the place! It's the weekend so I'll call the service center tomorrow. I just didn't know what to do in the meantime. I put in a ziplock bag with the crown out. They're no boutique in my city.

You can request service on your account if you registered your watch on their website. Or you can call the service center in Clearwater, FL.

Give me a break. The internet is an echo chamber. You make 50,000 watches every year, things are bound to break every once in a while. Show me an example when AP has said “fuck off, we are not fixing it”
