Before answering what’s next, what’s a “Daytona Baby Lemans on OF”?

I think you got to end it off with a Submariner.

I could see a YG RO topping off that collection. If you want steel, then a VC Overseas or Czapek Antarctique.

Beautiful collection!

Might I suggest a Lange 1 25th anniversary with the blue accents?

The entire 25th anniversary collection is epic. Which one exactly?

ROs never did it for me strangely. VC Overseas has peaked my interest because of the intense blue dial!

I am standard Lange 1 or Moonphase. Call me neurotic, but to me the big date on Lange 1 should be on the right side of dial.

Quite diverse already, doubtful you need anything else

But you could consider
VC O.S or CDV
Speedmaster (new FOIS or 321 Ed White)
Patek WorldTime or 5270
ALS (L1)

Congratulations on an impressive collection. I would trade the datejust for a sub LV or a GMT as I assume it currently fills a spot in your collection that for my taste would be a sub or GMT.

I’d want a GMT or diver, or both.

I have seen it in person and was underwhelmed despite gravitating towards blue. This was a few years ago.

Am I done?

You obviously need a diver. May I suggest a Sub date, or even a no date?

If those four don't satisfy you, a fifth won't either.

Very nice collection.

You clearly have a preference towards blue dials.

Depending on your budget and keeping within that theme, I’d suggest a blue dial AP RO, PP Nautilus, VC Overseas, Sky-D, or YM40. I’d highly recommend the WG DD40 blue ombré dial but if you go that route, I’d let go of the blue DJ41.

Venturing away from the blue theme, I’d suggest a YG/RG DD40 in whatever configuration you prefer.

True. I personally have never seen it in person.
