Thank you and I can definitely see your point!

While I had not specifically requested it I had spoken to them about it previously so my initial post has been slightly misleading. At the time, I was told that it was difficult and rarely received by them so it was not really on my radar anymore. I am a regular customer and I think they know that I am genuine in my interest in watches and that I will only buy what I actually like and wear. I‘d like to think that that plays a role as well although I might be romanticising because I am in the honeymoon phase with a new watch. I do think that this particular AD takes good care of their clients and that they do not play games.
