Reliability. 32xx series seems to be not only require substantially early service (repair? part replacement?) but new models still seem to demonstrate very inconsistent and occasionally poor readings on timeographers. I have hope they will magically fix this with a million movements being cranked out year after year, but I am starting to think a 33xx based off a newer Tudor movement may be the only real "fix".

Clasp length seems to be the same between 11 and 12. I think it is a visual thing because of increased width and slimmed lugs together making the clasp seem substantially bigger.

Side note for those with small wrists: The 11 series has only 3 non-removable links on each side while the 12 has 3 on 6 oclock and 4 on 12 oclock.

I will jump on every single 12 v 11 thread I see on TRF to say 11 is my all time favorite.

It’s unique and that makes me appreciate it very much! No mistaking it for an Invicta Pro Diver.

It’s really splitting hairs between the two as it’s literally a matter of 1-2mm here or there.

I prefer the 11. The 12 is just as chunky overall with an even wider bracelet and clasp. The lugs were only thinned by hollowing out the insides more and adding a wider bracelet. The overall width is no slimmer and the case is slightly larger.

I would get a 5 digit if I wanted a slimmer case and profile but there’s nothing wrong with the 12. It’s a matter of preference..

This is not accurate.

The lugs on the 12XXXX are about 1.1mm thinner when measured across the outer edges of the lugs, plus the 1mm thinner when measured across the inner lugs.

Agreed with the taper. I wish it was more tight at the end, like the 11 series. This one feels more like the other brands taper which seems like they couldn’t commit to straight or taper and went midway.

My real issue with 12x and ceramic subs in general is the back case, which makes the watch float above the wrist. My 126710GRNR doesn’t do that and sits way more flush on the wrist. Because of how similar they can look, I’m thinking about letting the sub go.

The 124060 is perfect. Way better than the 114060.
This of course is very subjective. I also had the 14060M.
This is the best submariner. Yet. ;)

P.S. Yes, the clasp could be a bit shorter for my taste, but I love the Glidelock
