Anybody bought a Rolex from Hong Kong?

Curious to know your experience and if there’s any room for negotiation. If so, what percentage is usually acceptable. Have shopped in Japan before where negotiation is a strict no but I hear Hong Kong is different. Hear Homg Kong is even more of a watch paradise than Japan!

I’ve purchased 4 Rolexes in the last 18 months in HK. Ended up selling two of them.
There’s always room for negotiation in HK, it’s expected and they price accordingly.
Went to Japan twice last year and while Japan was good for shopping grey. It’s not the level or abundance in HK.

Thanks a lot. By what % did you manage to reduce the price after negotiation?
