Destroyed end-links C I 70’s bracelet
Ouch, I destroyed the end link of my C I 20mm 77 rivet bracelet. Tried to fold it to avoid the noises, now it’s dented. Sure it won’t be able to fix.
Since the endlink is attached to the bracelet, I’m not sure if it’s possible to replace. |

For those reading, one can reduce that type of damage by using soft-jawed pliers or even just wrapping needle-nose pliers with electrical tape.
You can probably minimize the visual impact of the damage by refinishing the end link, if you want to spend some time on it. Sand it down until the dents are barely visible and then rebrush with scotchbrite. If you have a Dremel or grinding wheel, you can speed up the first part, just go slowly and don't overdo it.

Ouch! It looks worse than it actually is and a pretty straight forward fix for someone who know what they are doing.

Ouch, but could be much worse…
