Quartz Royal Oak Storage? with crown pull out or not
When not using the watch I storage it with crown pull out to save battery and movement getting worn out.
What is your opinion..how do you storage your AP with quartz movement, with crown pull out or not? Thank in advance for your advise, |

Nothing wrong with pulling the crown out to save battery on a quartz watch, that's often how they are shipped. It probably has minimal affect for movement life.

As Larry has said.
Pulling out the crown stops the hands from moving but does not stop the quartz crystal from vibrating or the other electronics from working. Pulling the crown could slightly reduce the draw on the battery. Best to remove the battery If the watch will be stored for a period of time.
