I'm a great fan of Lange (was attending last weekk's event). However, Patek's disks are on the same plan while Lange's design make the feature thicker if I'm not wrong? Patek are not newbies, especially regarding instantaneous features.

congrats - the best one out of the 3 that were released. Also, agreed way beter in person, especially after seeing the ad in fortune magazine. It worked on my wrist since it's relatively big but I can see how many feel it's made for TS personally :)

Sticking with theme it has a baguette diamond at 6 rather than round.

I also saw this on the net…. “ lf square watches compared to a round watch – we’re talking about the basics of geometry here, as a square of a certain width covers around 27% more surface than a circle of the same diameter. With this in mind, and despite identical dimensions for its length and width, the Cubitus has more presence than a Nautilus. But I can’t call it a big watch.”

27% - Which puts a different gloss on the appearance of size. Your Cubitus is beautiful but it is a bit more of a flex than I prefer with PP.s. Avoiding spotters in some areas of London is always a concern. Have you had many comments when wearing it?

I am looking forward to trying one on but size is a concern….

I have a 5167A and I tried the Cubitus, they are closer in size than one thinks. There is something with the smooth edges of the Cubitus, it seats smaller than a 45 mm. It is probably an optical illusion - but in real life the watch is different than what I expected after watching the digital presentations.

I’m a suit wearer when I would be wearing the Cubitus so not a single comment, but then being a strap version I doubt many would recognise it anyway. I wear my minute repeater with T shirt and shorts in London and no one gives it a second look - I wouldn’t do the same in a sub 🤷🏼*♂️
