Le Mans: what’s the latest you’ve heard from the AD?

WG variant: completely gone, no more?
YG variant: starting to see them? Any future insights?

Thanks in advance.

WG version gone. I think they only had that in production for 6-8 months or something like that? Prices on the grey were crazy WHEN it was in production, but went crazier right after it was discontinued. I personally love the WG much more over the YG version.

I haven't heard too much about or as much hype over the YG model.

I would imagine someone here must own one of these? I don't think I've ever seen a post of an actual owner talking about it.

The manager of my local AD who has locations in 4 states (1 location in each state) said they expect one watch at each location and said the prospective buyer has to be vetted by RUSA.

No clue. Might as well ask me where Bigfoot is these days .

Lol, I’m half-joking, but I would be leery of any “AD reports.” This watch is about as elusive as they come in the Rolex world.

As nice of pieces I get from my AD, I won't even ask. I'm not Mark Wahlberg.

However a close friend of mine was able to get the yellow gold, he bought grey and paid an absolute absurd amount. It was easily the most insane watch I've ever held. The yellow gold and open case back are next level. 1000/10.

The smaller market local AD I am getting to know told me they got one WG Lemans totally by surprise. Their rep told them to choose the recipient wisely.

In the UK it’s an invitation piece that’s off Catalogue , Rolex do know who the AD has chosen to be offered, But I spoke with Rolex who said the AD makes the final decision. They don’t want an awkward conversation if it turns up for sale in 6-12 months time .

How many have been made no idea, but the WG was only launched in June 2023 and discontinued in April 2024 , approx 10 months.

Yellow Gold for how long ?

Now someone said Rose is next ?

I would say only Rolex knows production numbers.

I don’t think so, It’s different such a short run on the WG LM , they have been producing Rainbows forever.

Quantity produced no idea 🤷

Did your AD actually tell you the WG Le Mans was discontinued or is it just off catalogue like the YG Le Mans? When you say Rolex what do you mean?

The latest I heard was "No, sorry" :(

They are promising me a Baby Le Mans though in the not too distant future.

Small consolation.

The full pm bracelet Daytona line should at least have the option to have the bezel swapped out to ceramic by RSC IMO. I don't care to pay money and take the original bezel away. Just put a damn ceramic bezel on those

Looked like Michael Buble was wearing the YG version on "The Voice" tonight.

Someone earlier mentioned an Everose version, my AD is predicting that to be the next variant. Image having the set!

It is rather odd the watch is celebrating the 100th race of Le Mans, has a red 100 on the bezel and yet this year is 101th anniversary and next year 102nd.

My AD got one WG last year. For context, I live in a 4 mil pop country, AD is in the capital and there are two (competing) ADs in total, both family owned.

Le Mans approx 11 hours and around 400 miles away according to my AD and that's as close as I'm going to get to owning one.
