Not particularly heavy to be fair. I own several other watches which seem pretty similar, DD II Platinum, YM II WG and Panerai Bronzo 47. Naturally, when you’ve worn say a SS Daytona for a day or two and switch to one of those then there’s a few hours during which you’re aware of the heft but honestly the sensation vanishes pretty quickly and you think no more of it.

I wore my black 11 Series Daytona more frequently since it seemed to match my dress better but I did prefer the visual aesthetics of the white dial.
