In Florida, could be forever. You can probably get one of those for close to retail from gray market.

Unsure, it really has a lot to do with your local market, the amount of patrons w/ history, and sometimes luck.

I will say it's not the most desired piece so it's a reasonable ask, but asking how long something will take on this forum is a complete waste of your time as no one knows the answer. And we'd all be guessing, until you just go for it and see what happens.

There is no real answer then, you may get lucky or you may be waiting for 1yr+. Florida just seems to suck for AD purchases, too many ultra wealthy old people and too many flippers…..
