Is there a go to site or vendor for Rolex dials? Want to do a dial swap and can’t find a dealer with inventory only scattered dials here and there. Thanks!

Your best source is RSC since they have all the dials and based upon historical feedback are by far the lowest cost option

It really depends on the watch model/era of dial you want to get, and of course whether RSC can provide it.
On the secondary market I know First Class Dials in LA usually have a few nice dials in inventory.
