Hello from Ohio
I am so glad I found this forum, I have been lurking for about 6 months and registered recently. I will be going on vacation at the end of the month and when I come back two weeks exactly I will be the proud new owner of a GMTIIc and can't wait. I wasn't able to get much off the watch but was able to re-do my wife's rings in Platinum for 1/5 of what they wanted before they knew I wanted a Rolex. I will post pics of my watch and her rings (for the Ladies) when it all comes together.
I thank all of you for all the knowledge and hope to one day be one of the cool guys........ Thanks Neil |

Hey Neil, welcome!! Great to have another Buckeye.
I'm not far from Columbus, maybe we can hook up. The IIc is a fantastic watch. I'm in Honolulu right now with one on my wrist. |

I just got back from half way around the world (Africa) and the GMTIIC came along for the ride. It never missed a beat
So congrats on your pending GMT and welcome

Thanks for the responses, I am still trying to figure out the pics, I took some with my nikon d60 but must have been to big so I took a couple with my dare and they look okay.
I was able to pull it off and snag my grail a month early and can't stop looking at it. I have worn it to make hamburg patties and wash the dog. I have a couple of scratches on the bracelett and think that it adds character. I have wanted this for as long as I can remember and am going to wear it. Except to work. I never thought five years ago that things would come together for me to be able to get something I thougt that I would never really attain, but hey a squirel finds a nut sometimes. |

Welcome to TRF, Neil.
Beautiful timepiece. Mine is a daily wearer and I still find myself staring at it occasionally.
