Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't recall seeing Rolex and Tudor on the face of a Tudor.

No, this is a scam all Tudor watches are seperate from Rolex on the face, we see this time and time again on Ebay. On the back it will say something to the effect of about being Rolex designed.
