NATO on Sub
Put a Nato on my Sub 14060M last night. Looks good and feels great. Very comfortable. Only thing I do not like, is how with the two straps running underneath the case, it makes the watch sit up couple extra MMs. (now I know what you seadweller people feel like). Overall, I like the NATO.

I wear my Sub on a NATO most of the time. As the band breaks in, it will soften and flatten some

The NATO and ZULU do that. The ZULU is much thicker/beefier.
I imagine on the newer subs it would ride high. On the older watches with the thinner profiles, it's not much at all. I really like the NATO's. Just wish more were available with grey/black hardware and not the chrome.

I still have not recieved my Nato Bond in the mail yet. I just emailed the seller. I can't wait to put it on my DJ. I will definitely post pics. The band will make my 36MM DJ seems like a 39/40MM watch.

Just won auction on ebay for the "Bond" NATO strap. Can't wait to put it on my S/S Sub. Plus it will give me an opportunity to polish the oyster bracelet with the dremel

The Bond Nato Sub was what the world viewed as a Rolex look on the big screen. At this point, its preference only. But, I bet when the Bond movie came out the trend was to buy a Rolex and put that band on it like the movie back in the day.
