Conditioning Leather Strap

Hello Friends,

I've posted this in the Panerai section as well. As some of you already know, I just recently purchased the Panerai Pam 312. The watch comes standard with the black leather strap. I've worn the watch for three days and I can't get the leather strap to the 2nd last whole. It's currently on the 3rd whole and the watch is a little too loose. With the rubber strap I can move it to the 2nd last whole no problem, but for the life of me not with the leather one because it's stiffer. Any suggestions on leather conditioners that will help make the leather softer. Anyone else with this problem. I really like the versatility of changing the straps, in fact I plan on purchasing a couple more leather one's but not if I can't get them to fit properly.

Thanks in advance.
