JJ....Help!!!
As you can tell from my Avatar I am a TT Sub/Date Blue dial guy. Have owned it for 2 years and been very happy.....but I have been having these disturbing thoughts. I am really starting to fall for the stainless sub/date black dial (can't think of model #). I try to push these thoughts out of my mind but they keep coming back
While wearing my beloved TT I notice myself stealing glances at others wearing the stainless sub. I am afraid that if this goes unchecked I could be heading for real trouble. I have already checked out prices at local AD and thinking of, dare I say, trading in my TT. JJ....need some counseling here. I don't see a happy ending to this. HELP...... |

For starters, you will lose on the TT model and then you'd be looking at big bucks on the more popular and hard-to-get SS Sub-date. Why not wait a while, be patient, save up and get a new SS Sub-date for yourself. Meanwhile, just hang on to that TT Blue....if you sell it, I assure you that you will regret it!! I should know - been there, done that!! So just be patient and some day soon you will have BOTH!!

Plenty of Sub-dates in this neck of the wood too. But I think some places in America they are very hard to find. I think our George should save up so he can have, as you say, the BEST of BOTH worlds!!

Take it from me....DO NOT sell the TT SUB, but definitely go for the SS one when you have the loot !! I have been wearing my new TT Blue sub the last couple of days and tongiht felt like putting back on the SS Sub. I must say, It hasn't felt so exquisite since I bought it, its a real gem and I am glad I kept it, and waited to buy the TT Blue on its own accord

Don't do it... although if your TT is new enough you could walk out with the SS Sub an even trade. Then you'd be walking around loving the SS Sub, but then you'd see this guy...
and it'd start all over again. Even in black and white you know exactly what watch he's wearing.

Best of both worlds...
Well, of course owning both would solve the problem, however, since I recently laid out 4 G's for a new Breitling Chrono, that is not an option....hence my dilemma. I just really am jonzin for that stainless...

bigG...........
Forget about trading in the TT blue Sub. Just save up and buy the SS Sub when you have enough cash. You will appriciate it more that way.
I recently bought the SS Sub and I am now saving for the TT blue Sub and can hardly wait to get my hands on it, but I know it will be worth it when I finally have them both.
