Ok - $520(?) later, here is my "new" 1970 watch...

I am simply delighted with the work that was done in HK and Chicago. This watch looks BRAND NEW. Better than brand new, since I much prefer the older design!

1603 is a very good vintage model with the legendary 1570/5 movement.
You can't go wrong there by any means. My bet is that you will be able to keep it accurate to within a second or two a day or better. Cheers.
