Shouldn't a Z serial number have an engraved rehaute ?

Not totally convinced that this listing is completely wrong . Rehaut engraving & Z series is tricky as it is an transitional era . I have some experience with 116520's on that subject and I have only found rehaut engraving on them from Z7XXXX .

Z subs did come without rehaut engraving.

Yes some late Z serial (Black) subs came with the RRR on the rehaut. I've only seen Z-9's with RRR, have not seen any earlier Z's with it.

That figures , the earliest 116520 with rehaut I know of is Z-7's .
