Where to find a two tone jubilee end piece? (455b)

Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone can give me a lead. I'm looking for replacement end pieces for my Uncle's two tone datejust. The existing end pieces have had the gold overlays fall off/removed (dodgy service perhaps?!). He's only just noticed them.

The current end pieces are marked 455b.

I can go to the service centre of course, but I'm wondering about alternatives.

Cheers!
