Is this allowed?

I can't think of any use for watch certificates without the watch. Legal use that is. I think we know what he means by "significance" when he shouts "I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT JUST HOW SPECIAL THIS IS, BUT IF YOU ARE VIEWING THIS THEN YOU PROBABLY ALREADY APPRECIATE IT'S SIGNIFICANCE!!!"

Allowed ? It is authentic so I guess yes . I saw that listed earlier this morning and he was asking 750 GBP .. I can not see who would pay that much for a D-reg warranty document .. even if you have the watch it belongs to .
Some vintage blank certificates may fetch that kind of money , but this punched modern version may be of some interest to scammers that will copy the serial onto a fake watch . I doubt they will fork out 700 GBP for something like that . The thing with these documents is that you do not even know to what model watch it belongs . only the materials it is made of.

It was up a few days ago and got pulled, it's now back with the "I will asess the bidders" proviso.

I was thinking of making an offer but don't know if I'll pass his "Buyers Integrity" test?

If you're breathing and have the funds, I'm sure you'll pass.
