How to set up a Sub Bracelet for 7.5 wrist

Hi,

Could someone help me save some time by telling me how many links to have on each side for a 7 1/4 to 7 1/2 sized wrist.

Thanks for your help.
Dave

That's exactly my wrist size 7.5"...

All my Subs have 5 links on the 6 o'clock side...(no extra links); all the other screw links are on the 12 o'clock side.. The micro clasp pin is in the second hole from the inside.........

I too have the same wrist and this is the exact LINK arrangement an SS Sub-date should come out of the box - brand new.

9 links + 1 flat link (marked "S") on the 12 side.

4½ link on the 6 side.

good info. had one link off at the ad and assumed it was off the short side (6 oclock) but after looking it is off the long side (12 oclock) which now only has 8 plus 1 flat one. johny

I just know it's mostly come in 13links
just put in on my wrist, center it and then remove the extra...... never think of counting up / down left right.....

...the assistant manager at the jewelery place where I got my baby DeepSea he insisted that the best way to adjust your bracelet is by removing one link @ 6 o'clock...this way your watch will be pulled more towards you...he insisted

Usually you would remove a link from the 6 o'clock side first and check fit, then go the 12 o'clock side..

This post is over a year old, and so doesn't address the new bracelets.. All of the new-generations bracelets have an additional removable link on both side... They use an SEL + 3 link permanent half, whereas the older bracelets used a SEL + 4 permanent link half.. (this keeps users from needing to remove a permanent link off the 6 side, which used to be very common..)

Adjustment is still the same... remove all 6 o'clock links first...
