Is this vintage?
Would a U serial 14060 be considered vintage? I'm thinking not yet, but there have been so many changes to the Sub.....Maybe?

Give it some years though, and we will all have to change this rule of thumb

Espeically when they finally stop turning out the 14060, that will be the last link back to the old style subs.

No too long ago the criteria was 25 years for a vintage... Everything was plastic crystal or some mineral glass so nobody even mentioned sapphire..
Then Sapphire came out and some started crying that "no sapphire crystal watch can be a vintage".. Well, now sapphire has been around for more than 30 years for some models and the plastic crowd is still living in their own world - not allowing the new kid in to play.... But it's coming.. 16758, 16760, 16800, 16700 and others will have their day... oh yes.... However, a U serial is way out of the ballpark...
